What happens if an item is out of stock
- We will inform you of the unavailable items before proceeding with the shipment.

- We have a flat rate shipping fee of $80. Self pick-up at our store is also possible to avoid shipping charges.
- We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders are prepared for delivery/pickup within 48 hours once payment is made (Excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
- We will notify you via email once the order has been dispatched with the relevant tracking information. For heavier orders, we may deliver them rather than ship, we will contact you to arrange the best delivery date and time.
- Delays may be encountered when typhoon signal 8 and above, as well as black rainstorm warnings are in effect.

- Orders can be cancelled by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 days before delivery/pickup. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.
Returns and Exchange
- Products must be returned unopened, unused and in the original factory packaging within 3 days of delivery/ purchase.
- Personalized items, special offer items and opened items are non-returnable for exchange or refund.
- Citrus Sweets Plus will not refund or exchange products after 5 days of delivery.
- To process returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please bring the items to be returned to our workshop,
